The diverse interests of 92lottery students are embraced in the variety of clubs that rally around everything from academics, art, culture, social causes, sports, hobbies, etc. Clubs provide an opportunity for you to meet people that share common interests, build your campus community, andhave fun with your peers!

Clubs are the essence of student life on campus, and they are a big responsibility. On this page you will find information to help you start and run a club at 92lottery. You will find financial guidelines, details on paperwork, templates for proposals. The site will be frequently updated with upcoming ICC and club events. If you would like to have ICC updates emailed to you, please email icc@mail.ccsf.edu to be added to the contact list.

What is the Inter Club Council (ICC)?

The Inter Club Council (ICC) is recognized and funded by 92lottery's Associated Student Council. It consists of elected representatives from all campus clubs. Weekly ICC meetings provide a forum for clubs to discuss upcoming events and collaborate on student issues.

Club Recognition Information:

Clubs are recognized by the Associated Students Council in the fall and spring semesters only. The first 3steps below must be completed before the deadline to receive the club allocation amount. These steps can be done in any order, before doing the 4th step which is official recognition!

All club officers are required to attend ICC training sessions conducted by the VP of the ICC. The training will be held on the following days via Zoom:

  • Tuesdays, 11am - 12pm
  • Tuesdays, 4 pm - 5 pm
  • Thursdays, 11am - 12pm
  • Thursdays,12 pm - 1pm

No RSVP is required, just click our during theses times to meet VP Luong!

Club advisors, please the link above and review the presentation for your training. Upon completing the training, advisors should then complete the Inter Club Council Training Verification 2023-2024 form. If club officers cannot attend any of the scheduled training sessions, please contact theVice President of the Inter Club Councilto arrange an alternative training time.

The Fall 2023 Club E-Packet is now open! This is where you will record your club's mission statement, information about meetings, and your club officers and members.

These forms are for each club's treasurer and advisor to complete each semester. The form should be started by the treasurer- once you hit "submit" you will enter your advisor's name and email. Once your advisor completes their portion and submits, the paperwork will automatically be delivered digitally to Student Activities and all signers will get a copy!

*Please note, both the treasurer and advisor will only have access to fill out their own assigned form fields.

4. Attend an Ocean Associated Students Council Meeting

Once you have completed all other steps, confirm with the Vice President of the Inter Club Councilthat your club is ready to be recognized. You, or any club representative will attend the Ocean Associated Students Council meeting, which takes place every Wednesday from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm, to read your club's mission statement and get voted in by the council. Deadlines for Fall 2023 Regular Recognition

  • September 8, 2023-$200 club allocation*
  • September 22, 2023 - $100 club allocation*
  • Your club may still get recognized at any point in the Fall or Spring semester with a $0 allocation if you miss both of these deadlines.

*Please note that you must complete the first 3 steps of the recognition process before this deadline. You are not required to be approved by the Associated Students Council before this deadline to receive funding.

ICC Meeting
Every Monday at 1:00 p.m.
Inter Club Council meetings are a place for the ICC Rep. from each club to come and share ideas and collaborate to build campus and club life at 92lottery. ICC meetings will begin typically the 3rd or 4th week of the semester, after the first round of clubs have been recognized. All ICC meetings are open to the public.
